1. Product Introduction

This new-generation belt-driven traction home elevator features a three-sided framed cabin wall design. The central decorative panels are detachable and interchangeable, allowing the use of different materials. This flexible structure enables a higher degree of customization to meet diverse and personalized customer requirements.

Compared with traditional steel wire rope systems, the polyurethane-coated belt eliminates the need for lubrication. Its service life is 2–3 times longer than conventional wire ropes. The belt offers superior flexibility, increasing the contact area with the drive sheave, which results in improved energy efficiency and higher transmission performance.

The belt traction machine is designed with a compact and eco-friendly structure. The sheave and overall system require a smaller diameter and reduced space. The deflection pulley also has a smaller diameter and can be installed either on the car roof or integrated into the lower beam of the car frame. Since the belt operates without rigid metal-to-metal contact with the sheave, noise levels are significantly reduced, delivering a smoother and more comfortable ride experience.

In addition, the belt drive system uses smaller sheaves compared to traditional rope systems, improving overall drive efficiency. The main motor efficiency is increased by approximately 15%–20% compared with similar systems, making it a more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solution.
